Important for everyone's comfort and safety
Non-smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation — this includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, cannabis or any other smokable/vapeable product.
If a guest violates this rule, additional charges may be applied for cleaning or odor treatment, or the reservation may be cancelled.
Illegal substances
The consumption of illegal substances and the use or smoking of marijuana are prohibited throughout the property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed — in order to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.
Exception: assistance animals (guide dogs, etc.) are permitted, in accordance with Airbnb policy; they cannot be refused.
Respect & cleanliness
The accommodation must be left clean: no rubbish left outside, dishes washed, rubbish taken out before departure.
Events, parties, visits from undeclared persons (not listed in the reservation) are not permitted.

Check-in: after 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
